Grand Mercure Yatsugatake Resort & Spa

The location was very convenient. The room facilities were convenient. The buffet restaurant breakfast was very good.

The Onsen set up is lovely, the newly renovated rooms are very nice, the staff are extremely helpful, there is drinks and some snacks offered in lobby seating area before dinner and then at supper/9pm which we loved, you need a car if you want to explore the area which is really beautiful, we didn’t have breakfast or dinner as felt it was a bit pricey but it smelt and looked amazing instead we loved exploring small local country eat places 😊

The breakfast although I selected the Western style option it was more a Japanese breakfast than western and therefore my kids didn't enjoy much. It was delicious, but not much western style.

great breakfast and very nice lounge with beer , wine and snacks. onsen is very big and relaxing
